Adult Swimming Lessons
It is never too late to learn!

We provide lessons for beginners, to improve confidence and install the foundations of swimming. Also lessons for those who can already, swim but want to improve their technique, or learn new strokes. Adult lessons are fun, enjoyable and structured to enable the individual swimmer to work at his/her own pace.

From terrified to confident, we can help. If you are frightened of the water then we can help as we specialise in nervous adults (as well as children). We’ll teach you to learn to love the water, so on your next holiday (or even at your chosen club) you can actually use the pool at the hotel or play around in the water with your children/grandchildren. Maybe you just want to correct, or learn how to swim a particular stroke, at Neptune can help almost everyone.

Lessons run throughout the year.
Pupils can attend for as long as they require, no set 6 week courses etc.

£5.00 per sessions	£4.65 per 1/2 hr or £6.00 per hour
